DREAMFARM TRIO OF SIT-UP TOOLS
I used this when making stews and curries I was able to use it from the beginning to the serving of the dishes. It was easy to use and I could also use it to measure ingredients needed for the recipe. I was able to hang the spoon on the pot in between stirring as well as place on the bench. The fact that it sits up leaving the spoon not touching the bench saves having to put down a paper towel or saucer to catch drips.
I used these in a number of ways. When cooking bacon, when serving spaghetti, and as salad servers. They were easy to use, had a firm grip and especially when taking spaghetti out of the colander able to drain it further.
I found this a little difficult at first due to its flexibility. Only used it with eggs first of all and then became a little more adventurous. Other than being able to separate the fried eggs when cooking 3-4 together it was easy to flip my omelette's and pancakes. Good to use when taking pies, schnitzels, and baked fish off the oven trays.
Considering most of my cooking equipment is non stick these 3 items have been very useful. I will be able to discard half of my utensil bucket.

NEOFLAM VENN 32 CM HIGH CASSEROLE POT
I used my new Neoflam Casserole pot for the first time on the weekend and cooked slow braised lamb shanks, and I was very impressed with it.
From browning the lamb shanks to sautéing the Mirepoix then putting in the oven it was a dream. Nothing stuck to the bottom at any stage of the process, the steam vent was great to be able to angle towards the range hood and when it went in the oven it was so light and not like the heavy cast iron Le Creuset casseroles that I have to struggle to lift.

The whole casserole heated quickly and retained heat at a lower temperature and with the glass lid it was easy to see how it was cooking.

Finally the washing and cleaning of it was quick and easy.

I will definitely be expanding my range of Neoflam cookware with more from the range.

NEOFLAM VENN 24 CM HIGH CASSEROLE POT
I road tested my new Neoflam casserole pot with Braised Veal Shanks with Tomato and Capers, and it was very impressed. I've been spoilt for 30 years with another top quality non-stick range that created magic on a stove. I am now so impressed with Neoflam's ability to radiate the heat (lower temps) and produce those flavours, no toxic fumes, and so light!

The Shanks I borrowed from a Gary Mehigan recipe - veal shanks, carrots, onions, fennel, garlic, bay, thyme, paprika...tomatoes, chicken stock and capers...dry white wine (I chose a Pinot). A gremolata of parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic rounded out the flavours exquisitely..."Lizzie-Masterchef!" My own touch was the barley and some lentils. Truly a hearty yet stylish dish with flavour that developed with reheating over a couple of days.
I am totally sold on the Neoflam and I'm building my range.

NEOFLAM VENN 34 CM BLUE ROASTER TRAY
I love this roaster. It is so versatile. I expected it to be heavy, but it is light and sturdy and easy to handle.
I cooked slow roasted sesame and chilli pork rashers with red and orange sweet potato, bok choy and truss tomatoes, below. The roaster cooked the meat to perfection at low temperature, and the vegetables came out moist and looking good.

The roaster is a great size. Perfect for roasting winter vegetables. They crisp up, even at low heat, and hold their colour and flavour.
It is great to be able to use roaster as serving dish on the table. It looks great and holds the heat well.
As well as using this pan for roasting meat and vegetables, it can be used for roasting fruits for luscious and warming winter deserts. Try pears , halved and drizzled with maple syrup or honey, serve with Greek yogurt. They look wonderful cooked in this pan and served at the table.
The roaster is also perfect for baking. It works well for making crispy cheese snacks, the grill lines look great on the thin biscuits.
I made cinnamon rolls with cranberries, below. They looked great, and cooked in this pan perfectly.

Best of all: This pan is SO easy to clean. Nothing stuck, not the marinade from the meat, not the sugar syrup on the fruit or the rolls, not the cheese from the crisps. It does not need the addition of any oil, and any fat in the foods drains easily to the sides of the grill. I wiped it out with a paper towel, then washed it in warm water with mild soap . It looks like new after every clean.
The more I use this roasting pan, the more uses I can think of for it.
Thank you very much for this pan, and for introducing me into the fun I have had using it.

Earlier in June I purchased a few items and picked them up from you in Sydney. The products were all very good quality. My partner highly appreciates them.
She loves baking. The silicon products make life a whole lot easier (and no mess at all).
The Pastry brush and the silicon handles (to remove hot plates/trays) get used on a daily basis.
Attached are two pics showing the (good) usage of your product.
- one of them is the Quiche

- the 2nd one has a lot of home-made Paneer.

( she was the one in charge of cooking, i was there to assist, taste and at the end washing/cleaning, which was the easiest bit.)
On my next trip to sydney (whenever that is).. there would be more items from KoolKitchen on my shopping list - this I can say doubtlessly.
We wish you all the best with your business.
