The Franca Digital Measuring Jug measures both solids and liquids at the same time, featuring a tare function so that the LCD display returns to a zero measurement setting. This way, only the ingredients being added in are being measured. So add the exact measurement of melted butter, zero out the display and then add the exact measurement of flour – it’s brilliant! Then easily remove the jug from the scales via a click lock motion.

The scale features the large LCD display and two operating buttons on the handle. Measurements can be read in a variety of imperial and metric units, from cups to grams, pounds and ounces to millilitres and also fluid ounces. The total capacity of the Franca Digital Measuring Jug is 3kg. Other features include automatic shut-off and battery level indication. 1 CR 2032 lithium battery is included.
