Product Description

The Amie range is a set of stylish cookware accented by a straight handle. The angled walls make flipping or manoeuvring easy. The colours and design accents on the bottom of the pans make the pans aesthetically pleasing. The pan is made of die-cast aluminium with ecolon non-stick coating on the inside and outside. The ergonomic handle is made of hard, heat-resistant Bakelite and available with silicone coating.

Aluminium is a lightweight metal with excellent thermal conductivity. Aluminium is typically available in sheet or cast. Unlike sheet aluminium which requires stamping into a cookware form in uniform thickness, cast aluminium can produce a thicker product with flexible shape that accommodates strategic design requirements.

Neoflam's cookware is designed to maximize the advantages of cast aluminium. For example, its bottom is thicker than other areas of the cookware to absorb heat as much as possible. The walls are tapered smoothly to distribute thermal energy in an efficient way.

Neoflam cookware has multiple layers of coating. In addition to ceramic non-stick coating, Ecolon features an exclusive negative ion technology in all cookware. Ecolon's Anion (Negative Ion) additive allows the coating to emit more than 20 times the Anion than typical cookware. Anion has long been associated with improvements in mood and physical health. Research conducted in the last decade has begun to support the view that negative ions have a net positive effect on health such as stimulation in blood circulation and act as an antimicrobial agent.

    I purchased this as well as wok and casserole dish the non stick is fabulous does what it says colors are great and lid fits all of the items

    I have the 24 green fry pan and really enjoy cooking with it. It's the perfect size for 2 of us and I have found the non-stick is working really well, a lot better than any of my non-stick fry pans in the past. Also I have been sharing with my friends how its 100% free from harmful chemicals, which is great for all of us! excellent to cook with and great for my health!

    I'm sorry that I bought this range of pan. Was good for a first few meal, than lost it's non-stick coating, and still good for vegetables (with small amount of oil), but can't cook fish or eggs. Very disappointed as I followed instruction from day one.
