How do I search for products?

There are many ways to search for products in the KOOL KITCHEN website:

1. Type the name/brand/type of item you are looking for in the search box on the top right hand corner of the homepage
2. Refer to the left-hand panel on the homepage for the categories of all items sold in
3. Click through to any product page to search by brands

Is gift-wrapping for gift items included?

Yes, gift-wrapping and gift cards are available at a nominal cost of $2 per item. You have a choice between KOOL KITCHEN wrapping paper (in pink, green or blue) or a more eco-friendly wrapping option (brown paper with coloured ribbons). If you have multiple gifts to be sent to one person and need only one card, add the gift-wrapping option for each item but only add your personalised message on one item.

I would like to buy a gift certificate for someone? How do I do that?

Look at the top of the homepage for the Gift Certificates tab. If you click through to it, you will be given the option of purchasing a gift certificate. Gift certificate prices start from $20 up to $1000. Simply state the amount you would like the gift certificate for and proceed to checkout. When payment is confirmed, the gift certificate will be sent electronically to the recipient.

I received a gift certificate. How do I redeem it?

A unique gift certificate code will be included in the gift certificate, which was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would. Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your shopping cart. Type your gift certificate code in to the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box and click 'Go'.

How can I redeem a coupon code?

Promotional discount coupon codes can be applied while adding items to your shopping cart so that you can get an immediate view of the price after the discount or during the checkout process. The revised total should be reflected in the final total.

How can I get a discount coupon code?

The best way of being getting access to a discount coupon code is by keeping in touch with KOOL KITCHEN. Become a Facebook fan, follow us on Twitter and sign up for our newsletters to get the inside scoop on new promotions and get access to exclusive promotions. There will be dedicated promotions for each, so it’s worthwhile connecting up with KOOL KITCHEN in every way possible!

Can I create a gift registry?

Yes you can! Refer to the Gift Registry page under the Deals N More tab on the main navigation bar for more information. Special discounts are offered to you and your guests when you create a gift registry.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes you can, as long as the item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot cater for customers changing their minds. Full details on Returns can be found in the Returns Page under the Customer Service tab on the main navigation bar.
