Secure Shopping experience

KOOL KITCHEN uses a GeoTrust SSL certificate to offer a secure, encrypted checkout experience. Any personal and payment details are encrypted before they are sent to our site, giving our customers the confidence they need to purchase through our store.

KOOL KITCHEN currently offers several different modes of payment - via credit card online and over the phone, PayPal, direct deposit/bank transfer and gift certificates. Occasional discount coupon codes can also be applied against purchases 

Credit Card

KOOL KITCHEN accepts, authorises and processes Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card payments in a secure online environment. Payments are processed through the Mastercard Internet Gateway Service (MIGS), using the merchant facilities of Bendigo Bank. Credit card details are not provided to or retained by KOOL KITCHEN.

* Please note that while KOOL KITCHEN does not charge any service fees for using the credit cards, depending on the circumstances, these may apply in the event of a refund.

PayPal  

Secure payments are also offered using PayPal. You will need a Visa or Mastercard and if you already have a PayPal account, you will be logged onto the PayPal site to process your payment. You will then be returned to the KOOL KITCHEN website to complete your order.

Card details processed through PayPal are not provided to or retained by KOOL KITCHEN.

Direct deposit 

For Australian residents, we also accept direct bank deposit. If you select this option, our bank account details, along with your order number, will be supplied to you via email after you check out. Your last name and order number will be needed as a reference in order for the payment to be processed. Orders paid by direct deposit will be shipped once payment has been received into the KOOL KITCHEN account. Please note it usually takes 1-2 days for payment to process using this method.

Gift Certificates

KOOL KITCHEN gift certificates can be used to redeem against entire orders or partial orders, depending on the value of your gift certificate and the size of your order. You can redeem the gift certificate during the checkout process. The amount you owe will be deducted from your gift certificate. Any remainder amount can be used within the 1 year validity period of the gift certificate, until the full value of the gift certificate is used up.

Discount Coupon Codes

Promotional discount coupon codes  will be issued occasionally, through our Facebook page or newsletter and these can be applied while adding items to your shopping cart, in order to immediately see the prices after the discount or during the checkout process. The revised total should be reflected in the final total.
