On business days, all items will be processed and shipped no later than 48hours after your order is placed and money is received, and usually within 24 hours. However, during sale periods, this may take a little longer. When items are shipped, you will receive a notification.

In the case of stock unavailability, notice will be given by the next business day at the latest. You will be notified via the email address you have supplied, informing you of the delay in shipment and the estimated shipping date.

For all deliveries, please provide the address where parcels can be delivered to you during business hours. Please ensure that the delivery address(es) you have provided are accurate. If an item is returned after being delivered to the wrong address (where an incorrect address has been provided) and the item is returned, should KOOL KITCHEN incur additional postage costs in resending the item, a further postage fee may be charged.

Orders above $200, items are sent via registered post or insured courier. For these deliveries, a tracking number will be provided. To obtain the tracking number, please log into your account at the KOOL KITCHEN website, using your account name and password and then click on ‘View Order Status’. There are no additional charges for these services.

If you parcel does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact Australia Post or the courier service to check that the items are not waiting at the post office/courier depot. However, if the item has not reached you within 14 working days, please contact us and we will endeavour to track down the item for you.

Please also note that while we take every care with packaging and shipping, we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Australia-wide:
KOOL KITCHEN offers an $8.95 flat rate shipping fee for all orders throughout Australia. Items will be shipped using Australia Post or a courier service. For average shipping times, please refer below.

Please also note that for bank deposits, 1-2 business days needs to be allowed for bank transfers. As soon as an item has been shipped, you will be notified via email.

Free shipping:
For Australian residents, if an order exceeds $200 in value, then shipping is free!

Certain smaller items also qualify for free shipping. These items are available in the Free Shipping category. However, if these items are combined with regular items that don't qualify for free shipping - the flat-rate fee of $8.95 will be applied to the total order.

Free Sydney pick-up:
For customers based in Sydney, a free pick-up option is available from KOOL KITCHEN premises in Cammeray, Lower North Shore, Sydney. If you have chosen this option, once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email to notify you that the order is awaiting pick-up. After which, you can arrange for pick-up - the specific pick-up address will be provided at this time. Please note that KOOL KITCHEN is a home-based business and appointments need to be made before pick-up. This can be done by using the Contact Us form in the Contact Us tab or by calling tel: 0423570392.

International Orders:
At the moment, KOOL KITCHEN is offering shipping to New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, United Kingdom, United States and Vietnam using Australia Post based on the total weight/dimensions of the parcel being sent. Two options will be provided. Australia Post’s Express Courier International service offers quick delivery and is tracked to offer reliable delivery for overseas customers. Australia Post’s International Air Mail service is also offered, providing a lower cost option.

For International orders using Australia Post’s Express Courier International service, deliveries can be expected within 4 business days on average. The International Air Mail service takes 10 days on average.

*Please note that for deliveries to the US above 500g, there is a special $9 handling fee for all Australia Post parcels, to cover special security screening.*

For countries outside of the above-mentioned international destinations, an AUD$30 shipping fee is estimated and included in your order. Once processed, we will check the exact shipping costs, and amend your invoice with the actual delivery cost and resend it to you. Any differences in actual shipping costs will be amended on the invoice and re-sent to you for a refund or additional payment. Shipping to multiple addresses:
KOOL KITCHEN offers you the option of shipping items to multiple addresses, while making only one order. For example, you add 5 items to your cart. But you have bought 3 items for yourself and 2 items as a gift for a friend. At checkout stage, you will be given the option of choosing different addresses to send the products to yourself and directly to your friend (you will also be given the option of adding gift-wrapping for the 2 gift items).

Please note however that separate shipping costs will apply for every address that items need to be shipped to.

The following are average shipping times Australia Post or the courier companies take once items have been shipped. Only business days are calculated in the following:

Sydney metropolitan area: same day or next day delivery

Melbourne, Brisbane Metro Areas, ACT & NSW Regional: next day or 2 days

Adelaide, Regional Qld & VIC – 2 to 3 days

SA Regional, WA, TAS, NT – 5-9 days
