The Zeal silicone flan mould is made from the most flexible Flexi-Tech silicone, which allows for clean and easy removal of baked items, even without any lining. The Flexi-Tech technology allows flans and quiches to be cooked evenly and the mould to cool in just minutes, to allow for safe handling. For best results, the mould should be placed on a baking tray in the oven and the quiche should be allowed to cool in the mould before carefully peeling away from the edges and inverting the base. Function aside, these moulds come in 4 gorgeous colours, so baking is never going to be boring!

Zeal bakeware is designed and developed in the UK and is manufactured using top quality, 100% EEC approved, food-quality silicone, which does not retain any flavours or odours. The silicone is resistant up to 300˚C and suitable for the microwave, oven, freezer and even the dishwasher. And best of all the silicone is fade resistant so that your flan mould retains its funky colour!
